For me, it has always been about getting to know you first — your lifestyle, your rhythm, the goals that actually matter to you. My approach is about creating changes that are sustainable and won't ask you to give up living your life. Because lasting results don't come from deprivation. They come from habits you can actually maintain, with room to enjoy yourself along the way. From fitness to nutrition to recovery, I meet you exactly where you are — and we build from there.
In-Home Private Training (One-on-One)
I come to you. In the comfort and privacy of your own home, we work together one-on-one, building a program designed entirely around your body and goals.
Each session is rooted in science-based movement — no trends, and nothing that doesn't serve a purpose. We focus on form, strength, and the kind of functional movement that will create change and get you moving with a little more confidence.

Semi-Private Training
Train alongside a friend, a sister, or a colleague — semi-private sessions are designed for 2 to 3 individuals who want that intimate setting while still honoring each person's individual needs and goals.
You get the accountability of company and the personalization of private coaching.

Small Group Sessions
Held at Airlab Studio in Miami, small group sessions bring together 3 to 5 women for an intimate, intentional training experience where everyone is seen, coached, and challenged.
Good energy where you feed off each other, you see results, and somewhere along the way it stops feeling like a workout and starts feeling like something you actually look forward to!

Online Coaching
Distance is not a barrier. Whether you travel frequently, prefer to train on your own schedule, or simply aren't in Miami — online coaching brings the same level of personalization, accountability, and expertise directly to you, wherever you are.
Built around your life, we connect weekly via video — FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Zoom — to check in on how you're feeling, review your form through a live session together, and adjust your plan as you progress. Nutrition guidance and mindset support are woven throughout, because sustainable results come from the whole picture.
You'll also have access to my personal training app Everfit, where you can view your weekly programming, track your progress and nutrition, and share feedback on your workouts — all in one place.

WHERE IT BEGAN
I grew up in Laredo, Texas, earned my B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and currently hold my certification from NASM as a personal Trainer. I also teach group fitness in 2 studios in Coral Gables, AirLab Fitness and Bunda!
Dance was my first language — the thing that taught me, before I had words for it, how to be deeply aware of my own body. How to listen and how to trust it.
I danced well into my thirties, and what that journey gave me was a profound understanding of how the body works not just mechanically, but intuitively. How movement connects to emotion. How physicality connects to identity. How the way we carry ourselves shapes the way we feel about ourselves.
WHAT DRIVES ME
What has always moved me is watching someone discover that they are more capable than they believed. That moment when something clicks. When they stand a little taller, and realize that the strength they were building on the outside has been quietly building on the inside too.The human body is the most resilient thing I know. It can always evolve into something better. That never stops amazing me.
Health, fitness, and wellness are not just about how we look. They are one of the most powerful ways we have to reach our potential — to feel energized, empowered, and confident in our own. When we move better, we think better. When we feel stronger, we show up differently — in our relationships, our work, our sense of self.
That mind-to-body connection is everything to me. One thing truly does lead to another.
HOW I WORK
With over 12 years of experience in strength training, dance, and science-based exercise programming, I bring both the technical foundation and the human understanding that real coaching requires. The trendy stuff is fun yes, but I prefer a more personal approach — what it needs, where it is right now, and where it is capable of going.
I want to understand you and what YOU do on the daily — your goals and what getting there would actually mean to you. From there, everything we do together is built around you.
My approach is rooted in science, guided by experience and education and by the person that I am training.
